Fixin to unload in Carlsbad, then got to tarp a load of hay headed back to Arkansas. 20 mph winds and 108 supposedly today.

Unload in the mornin and grab a load of rock to Rapid City.

Should be a fun day.

Had one of the guys get bit by a widow and is still home in bed. Fortunately his son could step up an make the run. Good "kid" he always helps out and he says he likes the change in view.

I made a 9 x 13 pan of pineapple upside-down cake thinking it would last 3 meals. Hmm, need a bigger pan!
Looks like there might be two pieces left.

I was just up your way last Wednesday.

It definitely wasn't like that when I left, so it can't be my fault this time.

 

I cook and then freeze the meals for the road and have found this freezer really does the job. It gets to -4 and is well insulated. I just wish I had gotten the one with wheels.

Amazon has a big sale in July and it will be even more affordable then it is now. This is a refrigerator or freezer unit.

Well pleased with this freezer. If you need one, I think you will be pleased too.
