They have changed for the worst as of lately. They team drive training trucks - NO NO. You will be OTR only.
What else?Adrian _95 Thanks this. -
Opinions On Paschall (Stay classy...)
Never known for high pay.
I’d probably go Swifty before PTL, at least they’d have more options.
I pulled tanks for Schneider years ago, they were ok, but that’s when they were SNBC, (Schneider national Bulk Company)now it’s all Schneider, not bad for a mega, most terminals were old but had a good kitchen and could get a meal reasonably cheap.
They’ve got rules, but if you follow the way they show you to hook/unhook, it’ll save a new driver a to. of headaches in future.
May check in on Eagle.

Adrian _95 Thanks this. -
When you say they team drive training trucks your referring to how they will make me train otr for a set amount of time with another guy right ?? I read one of the hiring forms that said something about first I'll go out with a mentor/ trainer for 7.,500 miles then go out with another trainer and team drive for 60 days. Apparently only after the 60 days I'll be eligible for what they call first seat aka solo . Does this sound accurate?

Will check out eagle transportation thanks for the advice

If you can find better...i highly recommend it. That mentor/trainer runs the truck as team also. Pads their pocket while abusing you.Adrian _95 Thanks this.

I haven’t kept up with the recruiting side of things, so starting pay and training could very well be different than the last time i checked. That said if you have any questions I’ll try and answer them or get you an answer.

No personal experience - just from what I see going down the road, and in truck stops - and a couple of third party stories . . .
Find somewhere else if you can. -
So after team driving for a set amount of miles I'll be upgraded to solo right?? The team driving part is only a part of the training right ?
