Companies that accept SAP drivers?

I have a class A CDL and have been working for a county for about 2 years now driving a class B truck moving equipment that is on a trailer. I was up for a promotion that my district supervisor was trying to save for someone else and was sent to do a DOT test after work. Upon arrival I sat in an empty testing center for about 3 hours. I was already late picking up my kids from school so I had no choice but to leave. I was hit with a refusal.I was only in the RTD process for 13 days before I was cleared for a return test. I don’t smoke at all and have had no problems with the return tests and am currently in the last step it’s been almost a year already in the program. I have been looking around to hopefully find a company that will accept me to drive class A.
