Well, as I continue on a desperate job hunt, I figured I would ask some truckers themselves if they stop by here.
I'm around the Dayton area, and I am looking for a decent warehouse job around here. Any truckers that may be driving for a company around here, or have made a stop/delivery at a warehouse in the area, have you noticed if there seem to be any decent looking warehouses in the area?
I used to hold a job at Anderson-DuBose in Solon, Ohio, if any of you know where that is, which was a warehouse and distribution center for McDonalds and Chipotle.
It's a wild shot to ask this, but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

we go to a place in Sidney, OH a lot. They make salad mixes for the restaurant industry. From my standpoint a good place to go to, in and out in 30 mins, since we drop and hook there. Not a huge place, but they seem to stay busy. They are called FreshWay Foods.

A friend of mine works the Gap DC in Columbus, OH. A bit of a hike for ya, but she said it wasn't all that bad a place to work, if you don't mind working with a bunch of foriegners.

The only place I know of in Dayton is Rumpke. We pick up shredded paper there sometimes. They are a trash recycling business. I dont know if theyre hiring, but its worth a shot.
