Ask yourself which at the moment is more important; home time, money to be made, or how the company treats you. Is paid training important? How many hours per week do you need? How important is being appreciated to you? What if you can have all three? Whatever your decision is, try and make sure its an analytical one based on a 12–15-month time period. Halvor Lines is getting has gotten consistent praise for more than 10 years when it comes to being a great company to work for especially if you're a new driver. They have a history of respecting your hustle and your time.

Are you going to let us know where your location is, your endorsements, how many hours the cdl school is?

North Carolina…28658, I don’t have any endorsements at this time but will get any that are required. I believe my CDL school was either 120 or 160 hour. I tried checking their website but it didn’t say.

Bottomly is team drivers only and I am looking for solo. I am a little older than most so flatbed is not for me. I am looking for dry van or possibly refrigerated.

Bottomley has solo positions also. It's on the website & I posted that particular sentence about solo positions.
I'll see what else I can find to add to what others have suggested.

Okay thank you! I will definitely check into them. Our instructor at CDL school told us they were team only and jut ran back and forth from east coast to west coast. I know where they are located and it’s about 100 miles from where I live. I wonder if they let drivers take the truck home on their days off.

Bottomley; I think I read the truck must be left at the terminal for hometime. Call and ask about that to be sure.
