After putting APU on truck, of course the rear section of fairing won’t go, knew that, but mid section over tank is.. it’s…
All screwed up, pipe about wore through, loose as heck without rear section bolting it down.

So the Judge has two (2) options.
Change tank straps, new pipe through fairing, OR throw fairing in storage and leave filthy tank showing and quarter fairing where steps are only.

Either way i’m on a PARTS run because the old bolt is just a hair to short after putting quarter fenders on between drives and APU, since other fairing had the quarter fender made into that.

Have ordered a big ### step box for driver side and will be taking that fairing off and have to have steps there since without fairing it’d be rough climbing on back of truck.

Going to be 95 today, and don’t have box so i’ll focus on rhs today.

 

New kitty insisted on an early start this morning even though the dishes were low but not empty. His cuteness knows no limits while having coffee earlier than usual he had an epic battle with a yarn ball that was so spirited I was starting to believe the the yarn ball was coming to life.

 

Turns out I could have parked on the street at this place. In fact, the friendly guy at the guard shack sends you back out onto the street to wait for your appointment time. There are no showers or bathrooms here, though. But I have made a mental note of this for future reference.
