Sadly, that is the case with thousands of trucking companies today, and, its not going to improve. Very few decent companies left these days and seems half are run by immigrants from other countries that have little idea of what American truckers want/need/expect. It is a different time, different type of people with different rules/values working in it lacking honesty/concerns. I have seen it change over the years and the generation working in dispatch, brokerage, planning and drivers has changed drastically. I am sorry, but I must say it was not like this 40 years ago and the drivers where of a different breed with 'old-school' values. Too many people working in it that really don't know what trucking is all about. To give an example of change; in the late 70's there was so much chatter on the 23 CB channels we were using that it was increased to 40. However today, few drivers even use a CB let alone have one. Times and drivers have changed, companies have changed. Micromanagement has taken-over. One wonders where trucking will be in another 20 years.Last edited: Aug 4, 2024

Bologna... this is a scam, run by scammers and apparently easier to hire for for people who's experience level would be no different that buying some magic beans on the way home from the fair and bragging about it. This has nothing to do with the trucking industry for people who are not desperate to drive to the level that they can even BE conned. I have and will never have any pity for these people.Lonesome Thanks this.
