ESTES Express (5 Year Review)

@KaoMinerva a friend of mine (he isn’t on here) is currently at XPO here in Fargo and is wanting to go back home to Miami.
Would it be difficult for him to catch on with Estes down there?

XPO keeps blocking his transfer request up here.

 

Yeah for some reason up here the XPO barn is a whole different animal.

Interview went good, he said I'd be extra board otr, and said I should expect another interview with him and TM. Fingers crossed!

 

Second interview set up! Is the hiring based off of TM discretion?

 

Did drug screen/physical Friday. TM said safety wrote off on my application so I assume all is good? Getting excited.

 

Pretty frustrated. Got call from TM said I was out of the 75 mile required range. I'm 77...so I went through two interviews, drug and physical, had a orientation date set..then the 2 mile. Never thought 2 miles would make a difference. They said I could move closer lol
