If that is you actual situation, they are either trying to run you off, or testing how hard you can run/will run to meet schedule. Fairly small; reasonably equipped and managed, probably the second. You need to know how far the bow will stretch and still function before setting out the salt/mineral block at end of the bean field. If it seems to be real strong, then call the guy at the processing plant asking what time he closes.
An Xlarge Mega, you should have a notebook full of company names, their recruiters, and an idea of how quick the will put you in a truck...
