I didn't realize there was such a thing as home daily in the cryo world, save for microbulk. TIL. If I lived in Houston instead of Corpus I'd definitely apply.

Vast majority of producer company jobs are home daily.

 

I am just here, sitting in my rocking chair, delivering to a customer in 100 degree weather.

 

Interesting! Linde just put the Hillsboro positions on hold and aren't interviewing anymore. I checked in with my recruiter every week and nothing. Finally yesterday, I flat out asked him what was going on, If they declined me and he said no, that the positions were put on hold. I asked if I should apply out of state and he replied ,"I would"



Airgas in McMinville was hiring, so I placed an app in today.

 

Why not use the product to cool down? Nothing bad will happen

 

I pass a lot of cryo trailers being pulled by sleeper trucks everyday, and only rarely do I pass one being pulled by a daycab, so I presumed most of the loads were not home daily. But now I know better.

 

We have 33 drivers out of St Paul servicing 9 states but only 3 sleeper trucks doing rest and roll operations and they get home for weekends.
