Yes something is eating them, whole! Which is why I suspect, something bigger than bugs (like a bird or other varmint). I didn't think anything would, either, because of the heat. In fact, when I told The Missus, she said "I hope their little ####### burns!"

They must be like ninjas, out back yard is fenced, and even has a door sensor on the gate!

It's really bizarre.

Well Squirrels,Gophers,birds and groundhogs ect eat peppers but you'd think there would be some left overs and dirt piles. Seems like they were picked.
