Company is 100% going under . Either you start the legal process and stop working or keep working for free and stop complaining

It's actually a violation of federal law (see Wagner Act) for employees involved in a labor dispute to take action against the employer's suppliers or customers.

Assuming that Olegmel is an O/O leased to a carrier, It isn't covered under the WA or the TH act, because first it is a regulated activity, and second this is between business entities, not employee/employer.

Why the hell would you keep working past the first week you didn't get paid?

Anyways, here's what I'd do if you can afford it.
Tell them you're going on vacation or fake an illness or whatever other plausible excuse you can come up with. Stop working and hope those late payments come in, which they probably won't at this point. If they do manage to get caught up get everything you own away from that company and don't look back.

The odds of you getting a dime at this point are near zero no matter what you do. Sorry and good luck.

Siinman, Albertaflatbed and AlexRider3 Thank this.
