2014 Cascadia. Wont Charge past 60psi

    Well, it has to be a major leak for it to build so slow and only to 60psi. Youd have to be able to hear it. A small leak wouldn't allow it to only build to 60 though

    Try unplugging the fan solenoid. And did you check the air line to the v-pod over on the hot side? Try unplugging the v-pod.

    Normally accessories don't get air till well over 60, mostly 90.

    Did you try and adjust new gov?

    Did you change dryer because of this problem, or did you just change cartridge? Did the old cartridge come apart and desiccant was spread through the system?

    If all else fails, just for schitts & giggles, hook an air hose from a shop compressor to the air truck air tanks and fill the trucks system to 120 psi or so. Start the truck and disconnect that air hose, and see if the truck’s compressor holds the psi up.
