JB Hunt is robbing independent contractors

The JB Hunt Intermodal terminal in Chicago is robbing independent truckers. This is how the scam works:

They will assign a Job Assignment, such as an empty move, a chassis move, etc. The driver then accepts the job assignment, but the dispatcher will not dispatch it. By not dispatching the JA, the load number will not go into the system, so the manager decides who gets paid, and who gets robbed.

If your dispatcher does not dispatch Job Assignments, ask them why. Watch them struggle for an answer. You may be a victim if you don't keep track of your work or check your settlements. No one at that terminal should be trusted.

 

I have filed a lawsuit against them. I am not quitting, they have to fire me, but they won't because then they will have to give a reason. What can they say, "We fired him because he exposed our criminal activity"? If they lie, I could sue them for defamation.

 

I have filed a lawsuit since then. Their legal department is uncooperative. It's amazing how a major company can allow such blatant theft.
