The truck frame and suspension or the engine? At One time Cummins in Internationals were red. The 250 in Blue to the left was blue. Some in Petes and or KW's were white. Some Whites were lime green ( little lighter than the Plymouth Super Birds ). Then others were Cummins beige. Best I remember and yes the door is open for everyone the beat me up.
Just saying that could be a clue that engine did not come in that truck.

SmallPackage and Star Rider Thank this.

You are right on the colors. It was in the ‘65 time frame when Pete started advertising in the magazines about “why our engines are painted white”. The lime green that White used first started in ‘67 as a Western Star exclusive but then was used as a corp. color for a few years. It was an off shade of Euclid green since at the time White was involved with them and Terex. I still find Cummins engines in vintage trucks that have I-H red on various replacement parts painted over. I-H used tons of ‘em back then.
Do you recall the burnt brownish yellow color that Frieghtliner painted all the Cats they used back in the 90’s. The salesmen called it Frieghtliner Gold.

Yes I have seen that. Truck was far from new. Figured someone did an in frame and emptied out what was in his paint cabinet.
