If ya had the help and time you could build what you want worth the money . Source out your 6x6 posts 2x4 at local mill might be able to get metal sheathing factory direct , got a truck n trailer. Could do a hell of alot with 50G.

 

Absolutely. But I don’t have the time. And I’m going with a metal building. Ag south farm credit has a pretty good leasing option. I was originally going to just pay cash for it, but with the leasing option the payments are 100% deductible. I think I will go that route and keep my cash on hand. The leasing option only applies to metal buildings. Post frame construction doesn’t apply.

my woman is a saint she put up with me and i was hell bound drink wiskey and fist fight a 60inch circle saw b4 the first born , then it changed with her laying down the law and i had a good thing i didn't want to loose . So a few mailboxes and the time she put a giant racing stripe on the truck as she scraped the side of garage entrance , no big deal .
