Hi There
Newbie to the forums, but I have been lurking for a couple of months.
My guy is currently working for CRST- Thank Goodness not as a contracted employee but with a new CDL. He is not new to the transportation industry, formerly in marine transportation, however CRST has lent a new meaning to the word frustration.That story is for another forum.
He is looking for another company and is leaning towards Covenant. I have been reviewing the boards, but am looking for some solid hands on information. If anyone can share what companies are best for someone with 6 months of driving experience, or about being new on board with Covenant - I would be really grateful.

6 months experience now with a CDL - Spotless record, No MV incidents, Nothing at all on his record - He holds and keeps active other types of certifications that he has to maintain a spotless record for. His current company doesn't realize how much he really wants to make this work. -
