Realtor pointing out tracts as they pass, with remarks as price. Most similar in appearance and price range.
This one piece; low, flooded swamp, overgrown with cypress saplings, has very high price...
Man asks: what is this, you are asking such a price for that piece?
Realtor smoothly explains...
