I looked up the code you mentioned but was unable to see where it allows you to double broker. What am I missing?

To interline you must have taken some possession of the shipment, either moved the load of had it loaded on your trailer. Pretty simple concept.

Convenience interline is brokering.

Give the sub titles that show what you claim.

Not double brokering,

Must have some sort of possession to be legal interline.

Unless product is exempt, then don't need any authority to "broker" it.
