    I’m having same problem 2015 ISX -15
    Drained Divco filter fuel found Gold flakes or anyway looked gold in sunlight in bottom of drain pan. Maybe ceramic plunger parts just not sure if that’s a primary pump or main pump after filters?

    I have same problem, i have check engine light and triangle light on, and warning engine on the dash. Codes i have spn 156 fmi 18, Spn 81 fmi 16, spn 652 fmi 7, when truck try to regen, it can’t do it, it shuts off hopefully Cummins dealer will look at it tomorrow and figure out.
