Driving fast and without sleep and rest.....
I know a Slovenian company that drives relation kopar ( slo) Lisbon( portugal) 2700-2800km for 27hours including loading unloading lot of hils ( slovenia-italia-france-spain--porutgal) and paperwork (it takes a lot of time in Europe) with 420/480hp scanias an 40tons
they also often drive padova-madrid-vigo-zagreb = 5000km driver get 700 for this circle
I know a lot of other drivers who drive up to 35 hours.....
These are also reasons for the frequent crashs
In Italy there is often the case that drivers in the half year have almost no restClick to expand...
They cheatedbefore with the disk and they cheat now with the digital tachograp. Everybody can pay 1200 euros to have a remote control installed that shuts off the speed limiter and puts the tachograp in pause.
Or they just use 2 cards. We know about big companies with hundreds of drivers that got a second digital tachograph card for each and every driver -
Well, to sum up whats being said here:
1. You guys have EOBRs (tachograps) in EU but running like nuts
2. You running like nuts, but can' afford good truck
3. You can't afford good truck, but can't appreciate truck that last.
Well, Euro-Kolchoz Socialism S.U.C.K.S. Big Time. -

Well, lets start from the beginning. Let me put you into historical perspective, so you will understand better technical issues.
How come we got U.S.A. ? What is it ? How come ? -
Don' jump into your library of history books. You won't find the answer there...

I never spoke to any of them, they are on a planet o their own, when i drive at night they overtake at crazy speed, they spend a lot of money on the trucks, lot's of crome, extra lights, ecc ecc and more than often i see one of those trucks flipped over on the side of the road.Click to expand...
Donk is right, Euro trucks dont survive in Aus very well but most of the issues are heat, dust and rough road related rather than design, the Euro trucks just dont handle the heat very well as they are designed for Europe where its colder, but the US trucks dont survive much better either, if your engine does 1000000km out here before a rebuild you are doing well, its a little easier on the east coast but not much. Also our roads (or most of them) are much worse than anything in Europe or the US. Our two most trafficed highways still have large sections of one lane each way, let alone our back roads. Euro stuff is just too complicated for our rough roads, as Donk said they shake to bits and cost a fortune to fix, the US stuff is simpler.
Also whats with the Euro power ratings, I have seen many 600hp Cats leave 660 Volvos behind in the hills even the 550 Cats arent too troubled by the Volvos. Are they rated different in Europe?Last edited: Apr 21, 2010

Real HI Story, part 1
Well, USA started when the most adventurous, outlaw, bada$$ entreprenuers get fed up with their old World and their $itty lifes and managed to get on the boat.
When they were getting here in those 200 years already, they got scared because immigration to new land is a scary $it. But eventually every newcomer had no choice but shut up, keep his head low and work his a.$.$.es hard to make it. Those who were smart enough to not blow their chances, started families and take care of them. Then their communities, towns etc. Since general harshness of circumstances led them quickly to God (its a historical fact) all those former troublemakers found a way to start incredible, powerful nation based on tough values.
P.u.$.$.i.e.s stayed in Europe and started socialism and started loosing their faith. -

Micheal Moore is a p.u.s.s.y too. Every commie is, as there is no need for honor when there is no God in ones heart. So he is a liar and enjoy that. Till death only though.
