$101,540.73 only. 5.5 months in office I made 48k. 5.5 months with SAIA I am at 52. Now that I have a bid it only pays 107k. I hope they don't ever cut it and add a longer run. I only work 8.5 hours a night and it's a struggle. If I had to do 11 or 12 hours and make real money I'd have to consider quitting and getting disability or something.

I gotta hand it to you, if that's all you make in trucking, you must do very little of it. Lots of spare time, or semi-retired perhaps? Maybe a side hustle going on? Either way if you are happy and have what you want out of life, then good on you!

Absolutely not. 650 miles a night is enough to make me quit. Makes my back hurt just thinking about it. We don't have any of those thankfully. Couple 550 mile runs and a couple 500 and then my little 440, which to be fair is honestly a bit much for me. Every now and again they cut me and turn me double Indy which is 612. I can handle 1 every 6 months but any more than that I may quit trucking for good..

At this point bro I can't lie, I don't want 600+ a night. I'm looking to start a business up again so I'll be taking a 390 mile run soon myself. I'm glad you're doing well and in your groove over there man!

I made the 6 figure club for the first time last year. $102K.

Currently sitting at $107K with 2 more paychecks to go this year. I figure I'll clean up around $114K.

Base salary for next year with the raise and CoL increase goes to $124K. Not including drop and hooks, bonuses, 6th day option runs or anything else. That's just for 5 days. Can't complain too much.

D.Tibbitt, kylefitzy, dwells40 and 2 others Thank this.
