meanwhile the plan to drop this in the yard over the weekend and go home fell apart. So my roommate will pick me up from the Kansas City yard today and we’ll fart around town for awhile before going home. He’ll take me back to KC sometime SundayKnucklehead and DonRobbie Thank this.

Tuesday I go to take the CDL-A test. I’m ready! As far as I know I’m still supposed to be at Fremont on Jan. 3rd for orientation. I’ll call Rachael and confirm on Monday. I can’t wait to get back to work and make some real money. It’ll be a huge change from bringing home scraps from working in a factory. Sick of that! I’ll be there to learn, check my pride and ego at the door and learn.
Knucklehead, Goody3635, MidWest_MacDaddy and 8 others Thank this. -
I was going 70 East between KC and STL around that time. Did you wave with your right hand while holding the wheel with your left?
Knucklehead Thanks this. -
Permit load, or Intrastate? I used to run pipeline equipment for a company doing mostly repair, with some new lay jobs here and there. I used to like doing OK jobs, since I only had to worry about permits for oversize stuff, and OK allows 90k intrastate.Knucklehead Thanks this.

I talked with a recruiter. The OTR fleet makes .57 to .61 plus .06 quarterly safety bonus. Is that correct or was that regional fleet pay? Seriously considering FCC. Sounds like a great company
Knucklehead Thanks this. -
It’s nothing clear cut across the board. It’s all based on your individual experience and job history.Knucklehead and jcarring99 Thank this.
