I had dinner with Marie Callender’s and did laundry this afternoon single life sucks.

 

Usually start it at 195, smoke it off a bit. When internal temp is 100, then up to 225 to an internal temp of 140. Pull it off and let rest 15 to 30 minutes. It will usually come up to 150 internal by then.
