What if it Snows?

Well, down here I've found that telling a city or county inspector to take their inspection and cram it in their arses is a bad move. But, we're a much more gentle and civilized group (mostly). That said, I'm sure the rules of the road in The Great Untamed Wild West are much different. I salute you, sir!

Whats an inspection? Someone told me they dont even get permits. Just dont piss off the neighbors…. May come back to bite them in the rear later though. I guess “they can cross that bridge then.

Years ago we had no codes or nothing. A feller could do as he sees fit on his property. Once all the yuppies moved in and affected county government that changed.

If you don’t want power or insurance you still pretty much do what you want. But a shop without power is useless
