As far as inspection, you will instantly be put out of service with violations. Knowingly driving in that condition after noting on pretrip will be pretty serious. Edit: If it even makes it very far....

I would not, but then I have already had a roll over caused by suspension, So the question is, Is your life and the life of everyone traveling around you worth the gamble. Its something you have to have fixed anyway, don't gamble. It's not like a muliti stack spring theres only one more now doing the work of both.
