Hmm okay and I just document my drive time. Do I have to submit that to anybody is it just to cover myself
-
That's the law. You should keep a record though.

After 11 hours of drive time, the driver is required to take 10 hours rest before they can drive again. In an OTR truck, a sleeper berth is used. For daycabs, box trucks, etc. either your home or a motel room is required to obtain the 10 hours rest. What provisions have you figured for the driver to get the mandated rest period?

It’s pretty bad I don’t even want to check my score and let myself down. I have a speeding ticket, reckless driving ticket and leaving the scene of a accident from 2023 and a aggravated assault with deadly weapon with motor vehicle my crazy ex jumped on my hood when I was trying to leave and she fell off the car so I guess that’s what they call it and leaving the scene of a accident because of that ♂️ a neighbor pulled out their phone and got the plates and reported me. And the reckless driving was cause my car battery was going on and off it had a electrical problem and it’ll cut off n havet to slap it in neutral and cracking it up n put back in drive as I was driving well I was on a long bridge and it was doing it again so I was going as fast as the car go about 50 it wouldn’t go over that so I’ll max it to 50 n keep putting it in neutral and drive a cop said they was reckless driving so yeah I’m a good drive I just got caught in sum crappy situations

I’m going to book hotels or air bnbs but in the near future when I upgrade to a box tuck I would want to finance a 26ft and have bunk bed type frame in it that’ll be a fun adventure but yeah I welcome all of the crap that cokes with it I’m in it for the money and experience

Hammocks work well. Though fun, not so much while in motion.....
Combines both bed & restraint netting in one. -
Sounds like a serious back ache haha
FullMetalJacket Thanks this. -
These are the little things I don’t want to miss because I know DOT fines can get up to 25k probably

So what’s everything I need to not get penalized in a nut shell?
