Just wait until they find out how cheap the real estate in Mississippi is.

It was where the new Porsche dealership is located. After they tore the truck stop down it got used as a storage lot for the Red McCombs dealerships.

Looks like it’s been going on for a couple years. In one of the news videos I watched you can see garbage in the grass and pee stains on the pavement, that’s a great look.

They did this in Minneapolis and the complaint was there was no place else to park. But once the ordinance passed all the sudden there were parking lots opening up all over the place, 3 large ones in the Savage/Shakopee area alone that I know of. I suspect the same thing could happen here once there is a need. Why build a parking lot now when nobody will pay since they can street park for free?

In San Antonio nobody is going to pay to park. The locals will continue to cram themselves into truckstop parking lots the same as they've been doing for years.

This law is not a solution to a pressing problem, it's just something to score political points for Nirenberg and his ilk.

Ok. I’m just saying that was the same argument when everyone freaked out about Minneapolis/St Paul cracking down on street parking. But somehow everyone started to pay when they got run off the streets.

I never left anything in Texas that I need to go back for so it doesn’t affect me one way or the other.

Good. Nobody wants their neighborhoods turned into third world countries like truck stops are.

The locals that live in a town are more likely to vote than the truck drivers that park in the town. Make good choices.

Don't forget about the new TA down in Pleasanton on I-37. Plus some of the QT stores have room for a few trucks.
