It can't be too out of the way because:
1. I don't want to live in the middle of nowhere
2. It needs to be a reasonable distance from a decently sized population in order to be fully staffed

We plan on purchasing land near the interstate and then building on it. I'm not interested in renting. Haven't narrowed down the state or exact location yet but in the whole of the country I'm sure there will be plenty of opportunity. The Lord always provides.

OK, so you are talking about $1 million or more. Do you have $1 million to invest? The "Lord" may provide, but for money you need a banker to provide. Sorry, that's the way business works. Miracles don't make profits.
