Student graduate out of Miami. Who’s hiring out of FL?

Dang, how long ago was the charge? You had to pay restitution, that's considered a conviction. Are you on probation too? I only ask because that can be as big, if not a bugger albatross than your location if it happened in the last 3 to 5 years. It's a slow freight economy, and companies are tightening up big time.

 

Ahhhh ok, is it going to be expunged? I'm only making sure I understand you clearly. If it isn't going on your record then it ain't a big deal.

 

I'm thinking you're OK in that regard, but I'm no expert in that dept. I wouldn't say anything unless asked if it were me.
