On a big stump and roots I’ll drill a bunch of holes and pour about half a 5 lb bag of sugar on it and let the ants have at it for a year then got out and step on it pushing all the brittle bits down the hole and cover it with some sand. Hundred dollars an inch, stump grinder dude can kiss my ###.

We had the grandsons here yesterday, but with the wind blowing it wasn't a great day to frolic in the great outdoors, so movies and a game of old school monopoly with the older one filled the day. The younger one managed to satisfy himself with legos, and then relax on the downstairs couch with one of the dogs.

Did not know of the sugar, but buttermilk in the drilled holes will do the same thing. It dies and drys; and past city limits, refill holes with kerosene to let it burn/smolder on down.
