    I'll bet the driver was working at the rear of his trailer when he lost his balance and fell over the edge where refuse is dumped. Probably struck an object that mortally wounded or killed him outright, with the trash he fell in likely partially covering him.

    I know of someone who was killed in a similar accident.

    Poor driver. May he rest in peace.
