I would like to know if AAA Cooper LINE HAUL follows a seniority bid board for the LINE HAUL operation?

Adapt or leave. You will not change your company. You're a driver, not site manager.

30 years in LTL freight and this is the first company that wants to ignore your seniority and give the best runs to the people they like, this kind of behavior should not be tolerated in any workplace when it comes to this type of work of course we must adapt, but they will not hire drivers in this market with that type of procedure

    nextgentrucker and tscottme Thank this.

More disappointed than anything else, but I quite often think about going somewhere else to work

But you aren't hired to fix the terminal. I left a job after 18 years because if I didn't I would eventually get fired. If they have no interest in listening to you you can accept current conditions or leave. It's easier to change your attitude than a company. Nobody wins an argument with a terminal manager.
