I stopped in Olathe in my car about a year ago. There was a Whole Foods Market and a Natural Grocers right across the parking lot from each other so you'll always have access to great food whenever you're in town.

 

They got the running lanes a lot of drivers seem to like. I just saw one of their trucks heading into Nebraska

 

Trucks are decent. Pay is mileage only and not great. Reefer loads out, and a mix of reefer/dry backhauls. They want you to use their shop, so if your A/C goes out and you’re 1k miles away and it’s brutally hot out, suck it up. In the yard, you’re treated like an outsider - not allowed in the kitchen, etc. Benefits are very expensive. Lots, lottttssss of time spent at shoppers/receivers, shop, and trailer washouts for free. Expect to do a lot of split sleeper births and ridiculously long (and unsafe) days. They will keep you busy though.
