    Sounds great, but I live in Upstate Ny (Hudson Valley,Saugerties NY off I-87). I can stay out 2 weeks at a time and sometimes more, especially if I'm making miles and money, but maybe I'm too far away top make this work. Thought I'd say hi anyway!
