Inframe Quote-WTF?? Is this right??

Took a month to get the quote. Found out the power loss and cost $1.50 in parts and a little sore back. Had to copy the pdf file. And just a little editing, but I didn't change the facts.They emailed me the estimate.

Perform inframe overhaul of one 8V71T on site. Customer wants to
use heads over if usable. Inframe includes pistons, rings, liners, rod
bearings, main bearings, thrust washers, removal and overhaul of
blower, regulator valves, and all needed gaskets. Parts are genuine
Detroit Diesel and come with a one year progressive parts and
labor warranty.

Ahh, what wrong with the estimate total?? Look like the ripoff's are adding two inframe kits and billing me for both. Don't you need just one kit for the engine?? Beside. Do the math the figures don't even come out right. The one year progressive parts and labor warranty.If they do a ###### job and pray it last 364 day. You in short, get prorate?
