Is your goal a job that fits you or the easiest path to a CDL?

Do you want the cheapest most convenient wedding ceremony or a long-term spouse, as an analogy?

My advice is focus on the company & job that fits your needs & then pick the path to CDL that makes most sense. If the place you really want to work has their own CDL school, go with sponsored training/company contract method.

If your dream employer only hires newbies from CDL school A, D, & X, go to the A, D, or X CDL school.

What often happens is newbies do inadequate research in first employer, have never finished anything, have zero ability to withstand the slightest hardship & quit the first time CDL life is less pleasant than a long happy vacation & declare their employer/path to CDL as "the wrong way". If they did company sponsored then "nobody should do that." If they entered by CDL school, "nobody should do that." The grass is always greener on the method you didn't take even though people who used the other method are complaining & recommending they way that failed for someone else.

Company sponsored & CDL schools both have risks. Pick the one that gets YOU to YOUR goal. You take care of you. Don't quit the 1st time you are uncomfortable or spoken to in a loud voice.

Just go SNI. It's a cdl. 6 or 9 months think about changing companies. Definitely at a year. First 6 months you are a slave.
