Hey guys, I have a 2015 Volvo VNL daycab with a D13 I purchased last year with 420k miles. It ran amazing for the first month, after that it started to become a very uncomfortable ride, I've replaced the seat, cab airbags/shocks, shocks all around, the torque rods. Replacing these things made driving the truck more manageable but then it got worse over time, so recently I replaced the tires, the leveling valve for the cab, kingpins and bushings, front shocks(again) got a slight alignment done on the steer tires, bushings for the bracket that holds the cab to the frame in the front. Right now, I'm waiting on an actual alignment and balance here on the 1st of August. The mechanic has checked the drive shaft and said it was good. It's bumpy regardless if I'm bobtail, empty, or loaded. I think it's felt more when empty. My steering wheel does vibrate a little and also steers to the sides. I could be driving on a straight flat road and still feel the bouncing. Hopefully the alignment and balance fix the issue but if not I'd like to hear what you guys think!
I'm wondering if I've missed anything or if anyone has had similar issues, any advice would be appreciated, it's my first time owning a volvo and I hear they are very nice comfortable trucks. Thank you!

When you say you replaced the torque rods, did you replace the torque rods on the axles, or the torque rod on the back of the cab? If you replaced the cab bushings in the front I would look at the rear cab torque rod. I think daycab Volvos have a metal bracket type "torsion spring", if the back end of your cab looks like it is shifted either way that could be the reason for the rough ride. Could also be your axle u-bolts. My '13 Volvo sleeper had shifted rear axles, or worn out u-bolts the shop says were riveted on. They replaced with threaded u-bolts and nuts and got that fixed up. The bouncing, more like a surging turned out ultimately to be the fuel injectors and cups. Look in your driver side tank, if you see bubbles coming from the fuel return line in the fuel tank, you have a bad cup for sure. If your RPM gauge surges when idling and/or driving, could also be a sign of cups and injector issues. Mine slightly surged, mostly at idle and 12th gear like maybe 25-50 rpm. Almost thought my eyes were playing tricks on me.
