Thank you sir! The red one on the lowboy isn’t mine… had a job offer several years ago to run that rig, but declined it so I could go broke all by myself. Guy that owns it sold me my 1st truck, and I do a decent bit of hauling for him seasonally.Speedy356, Walk Among Us, Oxbow and 9 others Thank this.

Going broke for yourself is way more fun than being a company puke anyways.

Getting into the swing of this fuel stuff. Been a long dang time since I worked 16+ hours a day for 8 days in a row, but I wanted to kind of get in the groove before taking my days off. Going to be on my 5 on and 2 off schedule from here on out until anhydrous season in the fall.

Truck wise it’s nothing new to me. Work wise I really enjoy it and wish I would’ve gotten into this line of work sooner. I was intimidated by learning something new and sort of fast paced when in reality it’s not that bad if you just jump in and do it. I like being in and out of the truck every hour or so and being able just to move instead of sitting in the seat all day. The only thing that isn’t ideal right now is dealing with the fuel shortage going on. When you call for suppliers and then they don’t have allocation left when you call back they start rattling stuff off and I have to tell them I’m new and they need ti talk to me like I’m new and not some 20 year veteran. Everyone is saying in a month or so it should be back to normal.Deere hunter, broke down plumber, Tall Mike and 5 others Thank this.

I will also add that in general people are clueless. Lol. You really have to bully your way into some of the small places because if you sit back and wait cars will just keep blocking you off.
