    Not all companies use DAC. I've worked in 3 different offices and none of them ever ordered a DAC report.

    True, i got hired at a small company that only cares about PSP, MVR, and accident/DUI history (i dont have any dui's or accidents) so it wasn't a big deal.

    I like to look up carrier's SMS/CSA data before I apply as well. Keeping your record clean is nearly impossible if your employer does not handle business on their end.
