Granted I do not know how to spec a heavy haul set up because I've never done it, but can generally figure out proper tools for the job.

Kind of like the guy I walked in on changing an industrial refrigeration compressor, he was removing bolts, that have to be reused or replaced, with a frigging pipe wrench because he didn't have an 1-1/2 socket or end wrench, got on to him about the tools and said I don't give a #### if you go get them at Harbor freight but get the correct tool. He was making an already pain of a job take longer for him and a bigger pain in the ### for the next guy.

Whoo boy... Wait till they play with the brass nut on a 4 inch hydraulic cylinder with a pipe wrench. Chew it up and twist badly.
Tell him, do not use a pipe wrench, use a cold chisel. He is astounded, cold chisel, huh. Just gouge it off in pieces. No, turn it backward, put the square end up against the ears on the nut, and tap your hammer against the cutting end.. Chisels are cheap, and can be reground. Badd scalloped nuts are expensive, have to order and wait. sSmilar to below

Yeah, but your states allow you to load 46 on the drive and 10 on the pusher. That’s generally frowned upon where people live. Lots of states make you get within 2k between drives and pusher.

And I don’t make it a habit of judging other drivers, but he was parked at least 30 feet from the edge of the gravel. there was still plenty of room to get around him though. Engineers design, buyers procure components, factory line assembles. Then the pore old mechanic/serviceman/maintenance man has to find a way in to what needs fixing. If they would just build one, send it down and let us take it apart.. Just one, once...

My volvo has 12.35k axles. A fair amount are 13k. That might just be the 860s.
