Nice overcast day out here, only 96 degrees so we have begun wrenching this pig apart to get the head off... I have decided I am going to buy a overhead gantry crane , if I can find one wide enough to fit the width of the truck and put plywood down on the dirt to make a shop floor.. if u guys have any suggestions feel free. Don't need anything fancy

 

Don't know how close you are to any rental places. A 5K teleahandler would work good. You'd need someone to help sitting the head back on . Maybe a independent wrench bender with a crane on his truck .
