What if it Snows?

Stopped in southern Utah for the night. Lots and lots of road work in WY. Early departure for CA tomorrow.

 

Like to do the cross cut in the fat cap. Seems to hold the seasonings and mop better.

Curious about the choice of foil over butcher paper. Never have used foil, only pink butcher paper.

 

Is this trip a regular one?

Unloaded high in the smoky mountains. At Appalachian state U. It is not smoky and rather cool. (Considering) I have a nice quiet parking spot at the softball field. Two hours to the next pick up and only an hour left to drive. I think I shall take my leave here and make a steak sandwich and enjoy a smoky mountain high life.
