It reads to me like someone saying they about to starve (Looking for anything) and then saying "thanks for the burger but is that gluten-free, sustainably sourced, free-range, non-GMO?" Nobody is asking you to change your opinion about driver cams or your other requirements. Each requirement subtracts companies from the list of who is hiring drivers.
