That's where I'm at. I could make parts fall off a diesel by hitting a large bump and nobody would bat an eye. No one checks that even on a CVIP here. Guy I work with had it done and it cost about $6k all in. That buys a lot of fuel.

6.2s some years were breaking valve springs and dropping valves.
I drove a few f250s with the 6.2 in fleet, they were stout, but thirsty.
We bought a '25 silverado 2500hd with the 6.6 gas. Hauls the mail and decent on fuel. The 10spd is retarded tho. When towing I manually select the top gear I want it to have, as it will try and shift itself to death.cke, singlescrewshaker, CAXPT and 8 others Thank this. -
