I said im taking anything that will hire for now, im going through 5+ carriers a week saying no so I cant exactly be picky but trust me im stretching it out to find something that might be somewhat better... most companies hiring florida are eastern US regional

Trust me im not happy about running eastern regional considering its all i did most of 2024 and i made 28k doing it, Im keeping my application status as self employed and have verification should anything come up about "verifying integrity that im working" and just working with a carrier temporarily and even gonna mark them as a temp agency til I find something better or get my hazmat and go that route

Trust me its really ####ty but im trying

Also thanks for not giving up on me I sound like a salty #######, I hate life rn but I just want #### to get better, im tired of the struggle

Im oretty quick to judge honestly but my experience with Walmart is consistent, there's a few good locations such as Arcadia and Tomah DC's but it was stressful, the shippers were garbage and then half of these walmarts were bad too and long waits

And i ran Chicago a lot i have many reasons to go through and be there which is why I even do the stockyards and downtown trust me I'll do anything west of 75 without a cry or moan (except the craphole Tennessee has turned into im scared to park in the state for a night)

Yeah I have a lot of hates in trucking and places i dont wanna go.
I dont care for hauling Walmart, UPS, US Cold Storage, Sargento, Tropicana (and I have personal reasons for refusing nestle and a Tropicana in New Jersey because their yard dog came out and swung at me so I fought him, Tropicana banned me from there and no charges filed he got fired, probably my fault he got mouthy for no reason called me an r tard and i told him do something sure enough he came out, similar happened at a Hershey plant but I just turned in the company dashcam bc it recorded audio dude called me a ####### because my 5th wheel was broken and I couldn't disconnect, dock worker gave me his name and that was it)

I do jt all it sucks but you cant have everything, comprimise is needed

    #### happens and I try to work past it i coukd be a lot more picky than just being upset with the northeast, it just stresses me out and I snap pretty easy after low miles high stress driving there

I want the miles but they've been scarce since about September 2023

As for living I want a theme park in driving/weekend getaway distance, a place to swim and possibly ocean, and other entertainment such as ability to see a concert, hit a car track/drag strip

Vegas was tempting bc I like the desert and its a wonderful place with everything to do

Not sure of any other ideal pick spots with everything i want, loved upstate Washington and Monterey California but fact is >politics<, I aint gonna get off topic on this part of the thread

Its just hard and i dont wanna make a mistake, trucking has helped but I have a few places in love for various reasons

Plus considered western 11 because im remotely interested in RM doubles, B double and TP double hauling, after running 100k gross loads of milk in Florida thought it was cool

Good grief, can’t believe I read every post in this black hole. OP, you have a massive entitlement problem, nobody owes you anything. And quit wallowing in your dad’s past. You have no obligation to repeat his mistakes. You are trying for a gravy gig, right out of the gate, which you will NEVER get. Because of YOU. You have a laundry list of requirements for your new job, I would never hire you. You have a defeatist attitude, it’s impossible to run 3,000 miles a week consistently solo? I’ve run 4,500- 5,000 miles a week solo, and was home every day doing it. But I don’t whine about how Im better than everyone around, me and deserve more than they do. Sorry pal, truckin ain’t for you. Better move to a 3rd world country, and start a drug ring, that would probably work better for you than reality

Yeah I know you're a liar. Even top teams are getting 8000 miles a week split meaning (4000 range is peak, and id know ive hit 4082 is my record and thats partially a rollover from prior week load)
