A solar powered driver is going to avg less. Someone running CA or the North East consistently is going to average a lot less.
Maybe you should have directed this topic towards daytime drivers. The ones who fight traffic all day long. -

Out west I can average 60mph or better every single day of the week if I don't cross into California..
