If they try to pass that off as actual crash footage, that would be pretty lame. However, I know that show uses a lot of b-roll footage as filler in between whatever real footage they have and the commentary.

I usually watch it, but I'm screaming at the TV about the BS nonsense that isn't real trucking.
-
Brickman Thanks this. -

I tried watching this thing the first couple of seasons it was out. I found it to be incredible. That is incredible in the amount of boring repeat BS that they put on the air.

It's dried out IMO..I'd rather watch american loggers or swamp loggers at least they don't fake anything.

deadliest catch - then the logger shows... that father and son loggin duo is hilarious... lol
The Challenger Thanks this. -

It's suspicious how suddenly they'll come across a truck in some kind of extreme situation, and yet they don't ever have footage of it happening. Don't they have cameras all over the place? -
I'll admit I haven't gone over all the posts, but is this guy for real?
All the fake stuff aside, I wouldn't mind going to Yellowknife or the mines. I've been in some pretty extreme weather in the north before. It's mostly about being prepared for it.
Just wondering if maybe I could take Drew's place. I'd play the dumb rookie, with bad luck for a bit. As long as I got paid!
