I'm shocked they won't let you switch dispatchers. You may have to go up the chain. Go all the way up if you have to. Sounds like you need a good point of contact.

From my understanding there’s one of them that’s going thru from what i know is i believe cancer treatments and such that’s why she’s out of the office so much.. if that’s who i believe it is.
