It's all about your gut health

i'm thinking of getting new knees in a couple years since family history hint's that the pain will get worse. i've been exercising (low impact stuff) and that seems to be helping, but it's hard to tell since i'm increasing time and resistance and knee pain is my "timer"

I think the problem isn’t necessarily the wheat but all the glyphosate in the wheat. US allows an astronomical amount more glyphosate in its food than Europe.
